Default Can you see how much time I worked on Word 2007/2010 document when converted to PDF?

I right-clicked the file of a document I prepared with Word 2007 or 2010, clicked Properties, and went to the Details tab. There, about halfway down, it lists the total editing time for the document.

I don't want the reader to see this information. Therefore, I converted it to PDF. When I right-clicked the PDF, went to Properties, and clicked the Details tab, I did not see duch information. Is there some other way they could glean the total editing time from the PDF? Also, what would happen if they converted the document back to Word. Obviously, I would try this myself but I don't know how to do it off the top of my head. I created the PDF by scanning it in.

Thanks for the tips.

In reality, you can't even see that in Word. All you can see is how long a document was open between saves when saved before closing. For all anyone knows, you could have had the document open all day and changed only one character. Furthermore, saving the file using Save As re-sets the timer.
