Just a quick reply as I have no time to look into the full issue at the moment, sorry!
when you use custom size, you CAN enter ANY format - cm, inches, etc. - you just have to include the measurement symbol - Word then converts it to it's native format! ie - if your computer is set to inches and you type in [2.54 cm] it will convert it to 1" and vise versa! Bird
