Default Microsoft Word Easier Navigation Question

Hi everyone, ya know how there are links in websites that bring you down the page for convenience, like the text you want is lower on the page, and you click a link that instantly brings you to it? Is there anything like that that is similar in Microsoft Word. I have subsections that I have to keep scrolling up and down all the time and this sort of thing that instantly brings you there would be convenient. Help is appreciated. Thanks.
