Question Sharepoint, Template and Macro related issue

My team is working using MS Word 2007 and uses sharepoint to upload their documents. We check out documents from sharepoint and work on it while its cheked out.
Each of us use the same template that is stored in a separate folder in our C drive.
The template contains a customized tab for performing certain macros.

For some of us, the new tab appears when we are working on it locally, but it doesnt appear for the person who checks it out for review.

Why is this happening?

Hi
Does the person who checks it out for review have the correct template on their machine?
