macro Table margin

Hi,

I may have asked this question earlier - in that case I apologise (though I tried looking could not find).

If I want to select all tables, and then change the Default Cell Margin from 0.19 to 0.00 - what could be done for that.

How many tables do you have in your document and is this a static number?
