Hi!
I'm using an MS-DOS based text editor on an old laptop as a notepad for taking reading notes. I often need to mark the title of a book so that it can later be displayed or printed in italics from MS Word. (I still use Word 2003) I'm trying to figure out a way to use standard ASCII text characters to mark book titles. My first thought was to simply type the HTML italics markers before and after the book titles in the text file like this: Code:
<i>Book Title</i> But I can't seem to find instructions for how to do that. Any ideas on how to mark text in a text file with ASCII characters so that Word will convert it into italics? Will in Seattle a.k.a. "Clueless" |
