I have created some custom heading styles. I want to delete all of them. What is the easiest way to delete them?

Using the Styles Dialogue, locate the Style you want, click on it's dropdown and choose 'Delete'. Note that is you delete a paragraph Style in use, the affected content will revert to Normal Style and the formatting will be lost.
