See Tables
It was written for an earlier version of Word but the principles are still the same.
In Word 2010 you use the Insert tab and tell it you want a table.
Cakal29, these forums are about helping people use Word, not about doing their work for them.

Microsoft Word is a very complex program. There is no reason to feel inadequate for not understanding it, the people at Microsoft don't understand it; it is too big. Nevertheless, it can be mastered by learning the basic tools, one of which is Tables.

People here will try to help others, but the people here do not work for Microsoft, nor do they get paid for providing answers. They do expect that you will work on your problems before coming here and will work to understand how Word can be used to solve them.
