![]() Hello, I'm in the middle of a research project and I need to apply a specific format to my document. Here is an attachment of the document that shows the format: I need to get the text on the right side, and graphs on the left. I have tried moving the margins and using indents but still can't get the tables and graphs in place, they just stay in the middle of the text and can't align them on the left. Hope someone can find the solution to my problem. Thanks, J. Rodríguez Last edited by jrodriguez; 07-23-2012 at 11:19 AM. Reason: Attachment |

hi J. Rodríguez,
There appears to be an error in the link you provided - I am unable to view or download the file from there. In any event, instead of using a 3rd-part website, you can attach a document to a post here - via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for pointing out the error. I have fixed it, and now you should see the document as an attachment in the original post. |

There are various you could approach this, including:
• a two-column table with text in the left column and 'floating' graphics in the right column; and • a wide left margin, with 'floating' graphics positioned in the margin space. The attached document demonstrates both. Note: 'floating' graphics can be positioned anywhere in relation to the text.
