Default Word only writes top half of input in form

Hi Guys, part of the problem is that I personally find it hard to concisely describe it.
My wife has diabetes and the nurse sent me some record forms in Word.
I have since modified it to better fir my wife's condition.
When I type in the date or numbers it only shows the top half of the info.
If I drag L-Click over the cell then it reveals itself fully.
I uninstalled MS Office 2010 and re-installed Office 2007 as the records are very important to us.
Same result.

It tends to happen in the bottom half of the form, it is just soooooooooooooooo annoying.
The only other problem I have, and that has also transferred from 2010 to 2007 is that the form opens with "Bold" and "Underline" highlighted so I have to adjust this for every entry.
Is it obviously operator error but I don't know what I have done.

Proving the old adage "PEBCAK"

"Problem exists between chair and keyboard"

Thank you

This would be easier to diagnose if you could attach the document to a post (delete any sensitive data)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab.

Here goes

BGForm.PNG

That was done using my Snipping tool

If I entered fields across the page it would also do that until I dragged the left-click across the date/number to "blue" it.

Unless the form sent by the nurse carried a gremlin.

As you've posted only an image of what you're working with, instead of a copy of the actual document, it's still hard to diagnose. However, it appears you have a table with fixed row heights and there is a conflict between the cell's vertical alignment and/or vertical margins and/or paragraph before/after spacing.

I'm sorry, just because I know the problem I assumed everyone would.

The problem is the bottom date, it shows only the top half of the text. I does it with ALL the fields until I highlight it and then the full text appears.
Please forgive me.

I can see that, and that's what I based my reply on.

So, if I had attached the actual doc instead of a copy of it you would have more info?

Whether the actual doc or a copy of it wouldn't matter. What you posted was just a picture of it.

Chippychap has been banned. Instead of posting an actual document, the last (deleted) post and a PM to me contained insulting content.
