![]() Dear Folks: I have a new 27" I MAC (12.2) and I basically use it for photo editing and MS Word for MAC 2011 (Version 14.2.3) for documents, catalogues and letters. I have two problems with Word for Mac: 1. "Normal" Style defaults to double space and there seems to be no way to change it to single space, so I use the "No Spacing" Style instead. Is this normal? 2. Word for MAC cannot print envelopes. I know how to print envelopes, I've been doing it for years on my MacBook Pro with an older version of Word for Mac. After I type in the addresses and press print - it defaults to a document page rather than an envelope. I tried my wife's new Mac and she has the same problem. It's a pain typing a letter on one computer, then having to type the envelope on another. Is there a solution to this dilemma? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Russell |

Hi Russell,
AFAIK, the default spacing in Mac Word 2001 for the Normal Style is the same as for PC Word 2007 & 2010, which is 1.15 lines, not double spacing. You can change this at any time by editing the Normal Style. As for the envelopes issue, I'd suggest checking that your printer driver actually supports the envelope paper sizes.
