Select the data in your attachment, then use Insert|Table|Convert Text to Table > OK.

Even an 'Advanced Beginner' can at least supply the basic information that is asked for. The fact you eventually supplied it shows you know how. In your case, as someone who it proposing to publish a book on computing, to resort to such a defence is rather disingenuous. It isn't rocket science and those of us who give up our own time trying to help don't ask for this kind of stuff just to amuse ourselves. In future, if you're asked to supply some information, just think of how much time on both sides it might save if you do so.
