Default Macro\Form controls not displayed when printing?

Hi,

I have a couple of form controls which are date\time pickers. When I print preview they are displayed but when I print the entries are blank. Ive tried printing to pdf and also a laserjet printer both with the same result - any ideas why this might be the case?

Thanks

Default

Cheated and changed the controls to activex controls instead of legacy ones - works a treat now.
