Hey everyone, not sure where this error is coming from, but definitely Excel or Word, I'm getting this "caption" error 100 times a day. Picture attached. Need help solving it.

That box is not a standard Word or Excel message, so presumably it's generated by a macro or addin your using in one of your applications. It's also not a standard message from any other application I am aware of.
There is no way anyone here can help you solve that without knowing how it's being produced (saying "definitely Excel or Word" doesn't really help). You should at least close all applications except Word or Excel and see which application it's associated with. Also take a close note of what you're doing immediately before it appears. If it's popping up "100 times a day", it shouldn't be too hard to track down.
