Default Adding All Non-spelling Words in a Paragraph to Dictionary

I have lots of technical expressions redlined. How do I add them en masse to the dictionary? Thanks.

You could open the custom dictionary for editing and paste them in, but you'll need a paragraph break between each word.

I can add it one by one now. I was looking for en masse action.

Your custom dictionary is probably at:
C:\Documents and Settings\%Username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Uproof\Custom.dic
It's just a plain text file, which you can open with a text editor. You can then add the entries 'en masse'.

But I only want to add the red-lined words in a block.

Well, I've told you what the basic options are, so it's up to you to choose which way you want to go.

You could, of course, separate-out the red-lined words into a block of their own then add them as indicated in my previous post - or you could write a macro to automate the process - hardly worth the effort, though.
