I have 12 rows of text (between 2 to 8 words) and have placed a small text box`s after each row of text.I have 1 text box per row at the end..

1. How can i align all the 12 text box`s vertically and have even spaces vertically between each box...i want 2mm gap vertically between each text box

This would probably be much easier to achieve if you used a table for both the text and the boxes - using cells with/without borders as appropriate.
