Default PDF conversion cuts off comments

I was referred here by the Adobe forum. Apparently Word is the culprit in my dilemma. I often have to edit documents using the comments function. Occassionally when I convert the Word doc to PDF, all the comments will get cut off or cut in half. Can anyone please explain why this happens?

Hi lilianblythe,

Can you attach copies of both a problem page from a Word document and the corresponding PDF (delete any sensitive data)? You can attach files via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab.

Hi lilianblythe,

It's impossible to tell from your document what's going on as the image you've pasted into it shows only the same cut-off content as appears in the PDF. I'd need a document with the actual content, not just an image of it.

Hi lilianblythe,

I'm still none the wiser - it works fine for me. See attached. What page size is your printer configured for?
