Default Need Help Making Tables That Tab

Hi,

This is my first time on this forum--in fact, I am very new to forums period so forgive me if I am not doing this right. I am trying to set-up a fairly simple Status Report Form in Word. I say simple because there is nothing complicated about what I need--not because I know how to do it.

I did figure out that by creating a form and selecting one that was close to what I wanted--that I made some progress--but I am not close enough to think that what I have is actually going to work.

If it is allowed on this forum, I would really just like to email someone what I have so they can see what I am trying to do--and just compensate them for creating this tool. I don't think it would involve much time for someone who knows what they are doing--since as I said, it is a pretty straightforward Info-Gathering form.

If hiring someone as a consultant/subcontractor to do this for me is against the rules here--please let me know. Otherwise, if someone can take this job---i would love it! I just need to be able to enter things like client name/contact name, last contact, action taken, next scheduled contact, action to be taken, etc.

I want this information and the notes associated with each client record to be on one line until the space runs out so that it will go to the next line. I want to be able to click the tab button for the computer to move the cursor to the next area--that kind of thing.

Thanks!

Hi BonaparteMagic,

You can attach a document to a post via the paperclip symbol on the 'Advanced' screen.

You'll need to provide a better explanation of what you're trying to achieve, though, as 'Making Tables That Tab' is ambiguous.
