I have a regular table of contents based on Heading 1 & Heading 2.
Heading 1 is the chapter indicator. How do I insert a chapter only table of contents? |

When you use Insert|Quick Parts|Field > TOC, choose the heading level(s) that you want to use.

Note that you can make that same choice in the Table of Contents dialog box (References tab | Table of Contents | Insert Table of Contents).
