How to flip-flop the footer
When making a booklet and printing doublesided, how can I flip flop the footer, so that the page number will always be on the bottom right hand side of each page?
Thanks, Gary |

Page layout
In your page layout options, you need to set Different Even and Odd pages. Go to the ribbon's Page Layout tab, click on the lower right-hand arrow of the Page Setup section to open the layout dialogue, and select the Layout tab. Check different odd and even, and, depending on your needs, apply to the whole document, this section only, or foward from the page from which you are starting.
Then you'll need to set up your two footers approrpiately. You may wish to look up some advice on this topic. Shauna Kelley's excellent site may be a good place. Best, Ulodesk |
