Several of my grandpa's books were typed into a microsoft word document over 10 years ago and password protected.
Unfortunately, he no longer remembers the password and we cannot access the documents anymore. Is there any way around the password? The books were typed into microsoft word 93-2003 version. Last edited by navalava; 07-01-2012 at 11:23 AM. Reason: Version |

Do you know which version of Word?
97? 2000? 2002 (XP)? 2003? You can find password crackers for these earlier versions of Word but you will be supplying credit card information to people who are out of the country and break passwords for a living. I would suggest a limited credit card. Perhaps you can get one for a single use. |
