Default How to configure Word for all users?

I have a PC used by a lot of different users with own accounts where office 2010 is installed. After the first start of Word by each user it asks some questions and performs some configurations. Is there any way to configure Word for all users (even for those who have never run it before on this PC) by admin or set for Word fixed configuration will be used by Word for all users for sure?

I suspect that you can use group policy to do what you want. Look it up on microsoft.com (TechNet seems the appropriate place to start).
