Hi Paul,

I see many Advanced option with Pizza Button --> SAVE AS --> Tools --> Save options --> Advanced but not Imaged Size and Quality .

OK, that'll be one the differences between Word 2007 & 2010. You should still be able to achieve the same end by inserting a pictire, then using the Ribbon's Picture Tools to change the compression settings. IIRC, they're near the left end of the Picture Tools tab.

I did not find it in Advance Options.
