Spacing problems with word 2010
When I use 'normal' the type comes out in normal spacing except for the address at the top of the page which is in much larger spacing. I typed the address after I typed the text. Now when I try to type more text it won't come out normal. |

In the address you could try using line breaks (Shift+Enter) instead of separate paragraphs (Enter).
On the other hand, if direct paragraph formatting has been applied on top of the style settings, select the address and press Ctrl+Q (which resets paragraph formatting to that of the underlying style).

I'm having trouble with spacing as well. I have some info that I'm entering into a table and the text is expanded. When I try to change it in the font dialog, it always reverts back to expanded.

Is this affecting the spacing between text characters? In that case, select the relevant cells. Right-click and choose Table Properties on the context menu. On the Cell tab, click Options. Make sure to select "Wrap text" and to deselect "Fit text." Click OK twice.
