Default I want Time to be automatically sequenced

I'm using MS Word 2010 Professional Plus version 14.0.6112.5000 (32-bit)

I'm typing time within brackets and I want it to be sequenced like this:

[6:01pm] <Trudy> how have u been?
[6:02pm] <Adrian> good
[6:03pm] <Trudy> missed u @ Beeniez
[6:04pm] <Adrian> 2broke2go

I don't want to keep typing the time within brackets. I am hoping there's a way that it can be automatically sequenced when I hit enter and go to the next line.

Even better would be the ability to have every other line sequenced so that it could like real chat-text:

[6:01pm] <Trudy> how have u been?
[6:01pm] <Adrian> good
[6:02pm] <Trudy> missed u@ Beeniez
[6:02pm] <Adrian> 2broke2go

Thanks in advance for your help.
