Question The sigma “summation sign” can’t be built!

The sigma “summation sign” can’t be built!

I tried to build the summation sign indicated on the attached screenshot but couldn’t know why the system doesn’t give it exactly.

Please, have a look on the attached screenshot

Hi Jamal,

That's probably just a limitation of the equation editor.

This way the “shape” of the equation looks strange! I’m wondering if there might be any sort of work around to overcome this behavior.

I don't think there's a practical workaround - unless you want to use completely separate equations for the denominator and numerator.

The behaviour is probably by design.
