MS Word 2007 font error in mathlines
Dear all,
I am experiencing a problem in MS Word 2007 with the font in math equations. When I press alt + = and start typing, instead of the math I get squares/boxes instead of letters. The problem is that the font starts automatically with MS Mincho instead of Cambria Math. I am having this problem for several months now and I don't know how to solve it. Each time I type a new equation (new alt + =) I can manually change the font to Cambria Math, but of course this is very annoying and takes a lot of time when you have to type a lot of math. Does anyone know how to set the 'standard' font of the math back to Cambria Math? Or another solution to my problem. Thank you in advance for your quick replies. Kind regards. Roland |

Hi Roland,
As a first step, I'd suggest repairing Word (Word Options|Resources|Diagnose) and re-installing the Cambria Math font.
