I have a list of multiple choice questions and wish to link them to answers which appear at the end of the questions, so that if you click on the question when it is on a Kindle publication it takes you straight to the answer. How can I set that up?

I don't know about how Kindle handles it, but in Word, bookmark your answer. Put a link or cross-reference at the question area to the bookmarked answer.
