Arrow place barcode below the address

How can I place the barcodes below the address on envelopes? Not above the address. I am using Microsoft Word 2003.

Mailing barcodes produced by Word do not meet USPS standards so why do you want them?

The barcode is a field. You can put it anywhere you want.
Have the wizard add it to your document, cut and paste.

In fact, it is easy to fix the location of the barcode. I do not quite understand your question, but I guess you are asking how to create the barcode, right? If so, just adopt some office add-in for word, it will work.

The POSTNET barcodes normally placed above the address. If the barcode has to be placed below the address, you'll have to set up an envelope template and put the barcode in a frame at the bottom margin. you'll also have to configure the BARCODE field yourself. And a barcode add-in is necessary in the proccess. It will require you to bookmark the envelope address and reference that bookmark in the field.

Although Word 2003 provided the barcode creation option, it is better for you to use a barcode add-in to create the barcodes that you need. Because, the earilier barcode creation function embedded in Word 2003 does not support the current USPS specifications.
