The numbering for level 4 included nothing but "1.1.1.1" typed in, which explains why it wouldn't restart. I'm returning the document with numbering fixed. If you want to change the indentation as well, feel free to post back.
By the way, why did you first choose to ask your Word question in what appears to be an Excel forum?
