Hi all



I am new to the forum.

I am editing a document which we use as a template in-house. Basically we send out forms to clients, they fill them in. I get them, type up the info. The sentences are all the same and the client literally puts a number in (or deletes a line).

I was wondering if there is a way I can go through the template and input the info, currently we have a letter X there and you have to scroll through the docuement to get to the next one. is there a way I could tab through to the next X that I need to amend or a way I could speed up the process without having to scroll through.
