Default Citation within a Caption

Hello

I am trying to include a citation within the caption for a figure, but i do not want the citation to be show in the Table of figures generated from the captions. I have included an example in Word 2007.

Thank you for any help you can provide!

What you can do is place the citation in a separate paragraph and format the paragraph mark that separates the paragraphs as hidden text. This will exclude the citation from the table of figures, and, with nonprinting marks hidden, the paragraph mark won't show up in the text. See example file.
