Changing the Double Quotes
Hey, i want to simply change the double quote from "" to the «».
I have tried changing the: options>proofing>autoformat as you type> replace straight quotes with smart quotes Is there a way to tell word that i want «» and not the "". Tried fiddling with autocorrect and making my own rules, but that didn't work. Currently have english and norwegian installed as languages, so the «» should be available or am I wrong? Using word 2010 |

To change the quotation marks that Word uses in the text, you will have to change the proofing language of the text. On the Review tab, click Language, and then click Set Proofing Language. The dialog box allows you to change the language of the selection, or you could make use of the Set as Default button to change the defaults (applies to new documents, subsequently created from the attached template).
