Have attempted to create Custom Label for paper that is 4.25" X 11", the actual labels are 1" X 4". The only choices in my MSWord version is 8.5"X11" or A4.
The problem is attempting to print a label on this paper as the printer rejects the printing indicating that the paper size is incorrect. Does anyone have a solution for using these narrow labels? Thank you. |

Because MSWord does not provide the parameters you specify...you can create the labels yourself at Mailings/Labels/Options/New Label and defining the parameters. I have attached a file with your parameters as an example (I used a "Table" to create. You may opt to create with another method). Last edited by JimP; 05-23-2012 at 08:08 AM. Reason: Grammar |

The file still opens as if viewing an executable file. Maybe I'm missing something as there doesn't appear to be a way to install the file as template for the label generator.
Thank you. |

Ironically, Word 97 would not open the file as docx, but Kingsoft Writer did.
Thank you for taking the time to help with this problem. |
