Default Half-Hidden Text Formatting Problem

I converted a pdf to a word document and some of the text looks like this:

Does anyone know how to fix this? It's supposed to be "III" and some other words, but they're cut off. I can type next to it, but the new text looks the same, half cut off.

It was originally part of a table, but the screen shot is the text pulled out of the cell.

I added the document as an attachment if anyone wants to mess with it.

Using the "Page Layout" ribbon at the top of your screen, increase the Paragraph-Spacing-After section to 54pt.....OR, Modify the "style" using the same paragraph options (right-click on the appropriate style, Format, Paragraph, Spacing, After = 54pt).
