Hello,
I have a word (Word 2007) document in which there are checkboxes. Some of the information in these checkboxes is input dynamically from the server using xml. For some reason, I cannot view the actual checkboxes but instead I see {checkboxes}. I have tried to view the document on another computer and I can see the checkboxes properly, which seems to indicate that the problem is local. How could I correct this? Thank you. |

What happens if you press Alt-F9?
This is a toggle switch for viewing field codes and viewing their results. Note, I have not been able to reproduce { CHECKBOXES }. |

What displays instead of the checkbox is probably { FORMCHECKBOX }.

Thank you for your help macropod. I have figured it out. In Word Options there is an option that says show field codes instead of their values that was ticked.
Thanks. |
