create a new short cut key - insert and delete comment

normally i know i can create a shortcut (msword 2010);

by going to word options and customise - keyboard shotcuts (at the bottom end); but i am not able to find the option of insert comments and delete comment. so i am not be to assign a new shortcut key to them.

any idea?
