Default Template across multiple pages

I am working on a Word document that is going to be a template. I built the Word document using placed photos and individual text boxes so I can move the elements around. The problem I have is when I add a new page to the document the elements do not appear on that page.

How do I set this up as a template so when I add a new page all the photos and text boxes automatically appear? I have tried saving the pages as a template and attaching that to a new document but nothing shows up.

Can this be saved as a template and opened so the elements always appear on any new pages?

Thanks in advance

Hi G5 CG,

Anything you want to appear on every page should be put in the page header or footer. For this to work (ie to allow users to type next to the text boxes & photos), the photos would have to be formatted as anything other than in-line. Note that your users wouldn't be able to type into the text boxes unless they do so by accessing the header/footer - and then whatever they type there will appear on every page.

An alternative, since your using Office 2007? (on Mac OSX?) is to create a custom Quick Part for adding pages with the required content.
