Default Create microsoft word template

Hell every one, I have two problems with microsoft word
1. I need to create a microsoft word template that with creating every new page the templates repeat, I want to do this for a person who does not know much about word, I know one way is to save it as template but I am going to find another way. This template is a memo and composed of logo and also a table to fill in information of company.

I want such thing appears in every new page"
Important Logo
Name
Address
_________________________

2. I want to create a template that has a series of numbers in the right section and for example they are from 1-5 for the first page in the following format:
1 Address Logo
2
3
4
5
We want them for the second page to look like this format:
6 Address Logo
7
8
9
10

And so for other new pages these trend continues.
I hope this is helpful.
Thanks in advance.

Your requirements are not clear. How do the numbers and logo relate to whatever is on the page?

Have you considered using a table with 5 rows and the first row set as a heading row? SEQ fields, list numbers or paragraphs in heaing Styles could be used for the numbers. Whenever you want a new row, simply go to the end of the last cell and press Tab.

Default Thanks for replying

I want that with every new page, the numbering continue, for example in page one we have
LOGO address
1
2
3
4
.
.
31
when we go to the second page in the right section of the page it automatically produces:
LOGO address
32
33
34
.
.
62
For logo or address of company, we can produce them in every new page by putting them in header, but for automating process of creating numbers, I really do not know what I can do.
I uploaded first page, please take a look at it.

I can see no relationship between you numbers and the content on the page. That said, have you considered using Word's built-in automatic line numbering???
