If your Manual document has only one Section, the Manual's 'X of Y' numbering can be achieved by using:
• a field coded as {={PAGE}-40 \# 0} for the 'X' part; and
• a {SECTIONPAGES} field for the 'Y' part.

Note: The field brace pairs (ie '{ }') for the above example are created via Ctrl-F9 - you can't simply type them or copy & paste them from this message.
