Hi rachetta,

Word stores your bibliography entries in a file named 'Sources.xml'. On a PC, that file is usually stored in:
C:\Documents and Settings\%Username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Bibliography\
I can't tell you where it's stored on a Mac, though.

Assuming 'Sources.xml' has been corrputed/deleted, you should be able to:
• restore it from one of your regular system backups; or
• re-create it by opening each of the documents that contained the entries it held and adding them to the 'master' list afresh.
