Hi basically I am writing my dissertation for uni and I have lost a load of work. What happened was yesterday I did a load of work on my mac, then when I got home from library I loaded up the word document and what I had done was gone, so I quit out of word completely and loaded up the doc again and my work was back, so I emailed it to myself.

then this morning I go to do some more and it is gone again and it is also missing from the emailed versions. How ever many times i quit and reload it it doesn't seem to be there. Is there anything I can do like a recovery or previous saves or anything
