Default Can't delete word document

I can't delete certain MS Word documents. When I try to delete I get a message stating the document must be closed first. But the document is not open. I have even rebooted the computer, but it still says the document is open when I try to delete it.

Hi Sparky,

How are you trying to delete the document - via Word or Windows Explorer? What applications are running when you encounter the problem?
