>> Original etc etc >> >> >>The >> >>Cow >> >> >>Jump >over >> >> the >>moon How can I fix a messed up email like this before I send it on to the next person so they don't think I'm stupid. In the pass I took 5 or 10 minutes and hand did this but now I have a long one. So I will copy and paste this email to Word so how can I fix it and then copy it back to be email to the next person. |

Work with a copy. Try the AutoFormat feature. See if it helps.

I put it in Word and got rid of the > with find and replace but Because this email was formatted to have a space between each line giving me data on every other line this doesn't work because Word is treating the space as data. I thought there might be a way. The Find and Replace should work but I can't find a way. If only I could enter a find of nothing except the blink line and replace it with a delete. Pretty complicated stuff and I'm not sure how many people know how to do this but there must be a way.

You can delete a line break by replacing ^l with nothing. Again, work with a copy. Did you try AutoFormat? |
