Weird date insertion HELP!!
I have a weird problem happening in the Delivery address box when I go to print an envelope. Basically, the box opens with the last address I put it, but in the very last line a date (September 27, 2010) is automatically inserted. I can't erase it, I can't delete it. It's just there. And the weird thing is is that it doesn't happen every time. It happens about every 3rd or 4th time. But when it does it's always the same date (September 27, 2010) that gets inserted.
Can anybody explain to me why this is happening and how to go about making sure it doesn't happen anymore? |

Any chance that the problem documents are all based on the same template, a different template from the non-problem documents? If so your AutoText for the address may be messed up.

Very well could be. How would I go about changing the AutoText?

First, you need to make sure that the problem is with a particular template.
See http://www.gmayor.com/changing_envelope_layout.htm which contains more than I know about envelope addressing. |
