Keyboard shortcuts not working

Word 2007. I got around, today, to checking why only one or two of my Word keyboard shortcuts are working. Normal.dotm has the relevant macros, under Normal/Module one, and they all appear in a new Word document, which I confirm is based on Normal. I have gone into Options/customize/keyboard shortcuts and gone down the list in Macros. The shortcuts are all listed. Yet, only one of my custom ones seems to work, for some bizarre reason (a shortcut for highlighting selected text).
Word's built in shortcut for copying formats (Ctrl+Shift C, then same with V) works.



I have just run a repair from my Office disc and rebooted. Still no luck, and no, the Caps lock is not on.

Any ideas?
