Default Converting a Docx file to a Dictionary file

I have a large word file that I would like to convert & then use as as a word customised dictionary file. It is presently a docx file. How can I convert it to a .dic file. I know how to import a customised dictionary but my file seems to be in the wrong format!

Also is there a limit to the number of words a dictionary file can hold. I am using Office 2007

TIA Geoff
