Hi, I created a customer satisfaction survey in word 2003. In the end, I protected the document by choosing filling in form, and reinforced with a password. I saved it, then up till this point everything works as long as the document is not closed. Then when I close it and re-open it, the form doesn't work at all, cannot select the radio button, cannot type in text field. What can I do?

If you attach an unprotected copy to a post, I should be able to tell you what the issues are.
