Default Scaling a poster down

Help, I'm stuck.

My boss has made a posted using word 2007. It's currently scaled to fit an A4 sheet in portrait but he wants me to change it the landscape in order to print 2 A5 SIZE posters on it but I can't find a way to scale the poster down. The images are not grouped and this is where I'm struggling really. I've been trying for ages with no joy.

TIA

Hi, Jvic. Have you tried selecting all, copying to the clipboard, and then using Paste Special to paste as an image?

I've tried selecting all but when I right click to copy it only copies a part of the imiage. Is there another way to copy it?

Default Copying

These things can be tricky, depending on how they were originally created. However, what I meant was simply Select all, or Ctrl+A, to select everything in the document. If the illustration you need to scale is not the only thing in the document, copy the document. In the copy, emove everything except the illustration. Then proceed with Select all and copy, then Paste Special.

Best,
Ulodesk

Thanks. I'll give it a try when I'm back at work.
