Default Strange printing

Dear all,

(1) When I print my MS Word (office 2010) document, the printout always shrinked leaving big margin to the 4 edges, please tell what to fix.

(2) Please advise how to change from inches to cm.

Thanks
Drac

Change your page margins. Page Layout tab > Margins

File > Options > Advanced > Display

Thanks Charles for your prompt reply, really appreciated.

(1) It is not the margin problem, margin setting is correct. The same document printed from my classmate's machine is normal. Only printout from my machine showed the whole document (font, and image) shrinked, leaving huge margin.

(2) My second problem is solved.

Thanks
Drac

Is this a problem with just this document or is it a problem with all documents printed on this computer with this printer?
